Alamo Design Group is a San Antonio web design company owned by Don Rathbun.
Raised in El Paso, I have a computer science degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and I have been developing software since punch cards were around.
I’ve been in both public sector organizations and private sector, and for the last several years, I’ve been designing web sites in my own company.
I’ve served on the boards of the San Antonio Children’s Museum, the Alamo Heights Chamber of Commerce, and the Conopus Club, and have contributed time and resources to several not for profits in the region.
I have two patents pending for a consumer product, and am excited by the prospects they offer.
Our clients are both local and regional, and are mostly small to medium size businesses and organizations. Some projects are simple templates, some are more complicated with programming and databases.
Web Sites Have Purpose
My basic perspective on web sites, is that your website can save you money (postage, time, …), attract business, provide credibility, help you get established in a market, and complement your other marketing efforts. Almost never will a website be the sole successful method of outreach.
